Refund policy

Our returns policy requires that items be eligible for return for 7 days from the date of receipt in order to ensure products are kept in ideal conditions for resale. A flat fee of £5 and an additional restocking fee of 20% of the item's original price will be charged for all returns. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.
